Consultations

Prior to getting ahead with your plan, feel free to reach out to see what possibilities exist on your property or within your home to ensure the maximum potential is derived from your project. Getting your vision right the first time is important to us. Whether you are hoping to save money on building materials, or you want your project to surpass industry standards and minimum code requirements, our details and specifications will cater to your needs.

Pre-Design Inspections

Having an in depth inspection or even a basic site review can provide details as to what may or may not benefit from potential upgrades. A pre-design inspection can include an insulation and energy review to determine how your home could save you money. We can also recommend a more in depth evaluation from a Registered Energy Advisor if warranted, to allow you to take advantage of the many rebates available from the multiple branches of government.

Project Overview

Each project has its own unique requirements. Depending on the scope, design, municipality, or other site specific demands, other professionals may be necessary. This could include a Geotechnical or Structural Engineer, Hazmat Specialist, BC Land Surveyor, or a Truss Manufacturer. When required through the design phase, these details will be discussed and explored to ensure full coordination prior to applying for you building permit and pursuing a quick turnaround.

As-Built Drawings

If you are looking at rebuilding a deck, putting in a secondary suite, doing a small alteration, or need to submit plans for an existing structure – we can provide full or partial drawings of your home or property.
